Most agents will have some kind of auto-approve limit for general maintenance issues so the small essential repairs can be done without your approval but that’s about it. Cubbi gives you much wider and deeper controls so you’re involved exactly and only when you want to be, and when you’re not involved, you can be confident your goals and outcomes will be met because your preferences are a key part of Digital Management. In fairness to some good property managers, they will get to know how you like to work and your goals over time however the preferences are never formalised or saved you can’t rely on them and when your existing property manager leaves and a new one comes in, all that information will be lost.
