Renters will be able to send a message via the Digital Inspection. Anything Cubbi cannot answer will be passed onto you to guide Cubbi or have the choice to respond directly to the prospective renter anonymously.
Renters can ask questions during the Digital Inspection and Cubbi will automatically answer 99% of them. If there is a unique question that Cubbi is unable to answer the prospective renter can inspect the property in-person or you can answer it yourself.
