When you first move a property into Cubbi, during the onboarding process, we will discuss with you what needs to happen to get your property rent ready. A date will be scheduled when the property is rent ready.
Images and videos typically last 3-5 years but the legal answer is, they’ll last as long as they are a true representation of the property. For example, if you do renovations, like adding a new kitchen or painting the walls it’s likely we will recommend updating the images and videos. The cost will be passed onto you.
