How would you like to have Christmas on the beach at the end of your street, this year? Our tenants have had job offers that take them out of Sydney so this unit has become available just in time for Christmas.

There are a couple of things that make this unit magic. Wake up to water views and the ferries travelling across water from high on Eastern Hill. The area is quiet and just far enough away from the action in Manly that you get the best of both worlds.

Riding a bike around the neighbourhood is so easy. Manly Wharf is a short walk away connecting you to the city by ferry.

This place ideally suits a couple but has comfortably had a couple plus one, a few times before.

It is really homely. It is one in a block of 4 with no shared walls so sound does not carry. It is located on the top floor with views towards the Heads and down to the beach. Unlike many other Manly units this has a loft for storage. The loft is the same footprint as the unit so there is plenty of space to store things and is carpeted.

The main bedroom has wool carpet, a built-in-robe and ceiling fan. The other bedroom can be used as an office or dining. Bifold doors give you the option of how you want to use it. We have also closed off the adjoining door so you can make it into a bedroom if you like. Ask us about that.

Reverse cycle air conditioner gives you the temperature that suits you best.

There is a bathtub / shower for soaking away the day.

The kitchen accommodates those who enjoy cooking. It has a gas stove, dishwasher and plenty of storage space for all kitchen equipment and a display cabinet for glasses and plates. There is an almost new washer and dryer too.

Little Manly Beach is at the end of the street on one side and Collins Flat Beach on the other. In summer, swims before and after work are a short run down the street. Or take your surfboard and find the waves at Manly Beach.

The Cafe on the beach is the best place for Friday afternoon get togethers with friends and family and across the weekend. The coffee is great, the food is enjoyed by many locals. They have live music playing some afternoons and the atmosphere is just lovely. The fishing is pretty good at the end of the street if you are into that and you can put a kayak into the water easily from the boat ramp.

The backyard area is set up for entertaining and there is an outside shared laundry as well. The garden is where you can grow herbs and vegetables and the back stairs area has stored many a bike and surfboard in its time.

As you are dealing with the owners directly we ensure that all repairs and maintenance are taken care of quickly. We want the people who live there to enjoy it. You will be receiving this unit in peak condition. It will be freshly painted and we have used sound-dampening insulation to cut down any noise and give a great barrier to the sea conditions outside. We keep this unit like a new pin so you will come into a home that is ready for you.

Please note pets are welcome as long as they are goldfish or budgies. And you can smoke any meats or vegetables in the outside BBQs. Chooks are also accepted in the backyard but you will need to bring a coop as the local reserve is full of native wildlife that takes an interest in our backyard and driveway.
