Cubbi automatically deducts the Service Fee (%) from payments made by the renter. This includes all rent and other payments (like water, but not bond payments). The remaining balance is instantly transferred to your bank account.
Any additional fees, like virtual routine inspections, are paid using your selected payment method in Cubbi.
