Our official last day in the office is Friday 23 December 2022, and returning Tuesday 3 January 2023. While most of us are celebrating Christmas, the platform will continue to function as normal however please allow for a minimum delay of 24 hours for all general support requests.

Please note that some processes on the Cubbi platform, such as Rent Estimates and Professional Tenant Screening are completed manually by experienced people at Cubbi. During the holiday period, expect a delay of up to 24 hours for these types of manual processes. Other manual processes, such as new user verification and tenant checks, should not experience delays.
Due to the number of public holidays and weekends during the Christmas period, it is likely that some rent payments may take longer to reach Cubbi, which is not the fault of the tenant. As a result, late rent notifications to renters who are 1 to 4 days late are switched off from Saturday 24 December 2022 to Tuesday 3 January 2023. Further information is here.
